18 cl Brandy
6 cl Absinthe
6 cl Simple syrup
12 dashes Creole bitters
8 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
1½ cl Absinthe
Rinse a Rocks glass with Absinthe, then discard the liquid.

1½ cl Simple syrup -
3 dashes Creole bitters -
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add Brandy, Simple syrup, Creole bitters, and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

Strain into the prepared Rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with Lemon zest.
