24 cl Sparkling wine
9 cl Lime juice
9 cl Simple syrup
24 Mint leaves
8 dashes Angostura bitters

2¼ cl Simple syrup -
6 Mint leaves
Muddle Lime juice, Simple syrup, and Mint leaves together in the shaker to release their flavors.

2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add Aged rum and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
