48 cl Sparkling wine
6 cl Elderflower liqueur
24 cl Soda water
32 Mint leaves

1½ cl Elderflower liqueur -
4 Mint leaves
Add the items in the glass, then use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint leaves. The goal is not however to crush the leaves to pieces, but only to bruise them slightly. This will enhance their flavor. You may of course do this process in another container first and then pour the results in the wine glass.
