12 cl Lemon juice
12 cl Simple syrup
12 Thai basil leaves
25 cl Coconut milk
10 cl Sugar

3 cl Simple syrup -
3 Thai basil leaves
Add Simple syrup and Thai basil leaves to a blender with ice and blend briefly.

Strain into a Container.

6¼ cl Coconut milk -
2½ cl Sugar
Heat Coconut milk and Sugar in a saucepan until steaming but not boiling.
Then put it in the fridge to cool down.

3 cl Lemon juice -
3 cl Thai basil simple syrup
Add Gin, Lemon juice, and Thai basil simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
