20 cl Vanilla Vodka
20 cl Sparkling wine
8 cl Passion fruit liqueur
8 cl Lime juice
12 cl Simple syrup
4 Passion fruit

1 Passion fruit
Slice open the fruit and scoop out all the content and pour it inside the shaker.

5 cl Vanilla Vodka -
2 cl Passion fruit liqueur -
2 cl Lime juice -
3 cl Simple syrup -
Ice
Add the rest of the ingredients including ice to the shaker and then shake until well chilled.

Strain into the coupe glass. You will want to get rid of the seeds and ice.

½ Passion fruit -
5 cl Sparkling wine
Garnish with a floating half of a passion fruit. Cut side up. Its also common to serve this cocktail together with a shot of sparkling wine on the side. You may, if you prefer it, instead top off the cocktail with the sparkling wine.
