8 cl Lemon juice
6 cl Simple syrup
2 cl Grenadine
8 cl Egg white

4½ cl Gin -
1½ cl Applejack -
2 cl Lemon juice -
1½ cl Simple syrup -
½ cl Grenadine -
2 cl Egg white
Add Gin, Applejack, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Grenadine, and Egg white to an empty shaker and shake vigorously to foam the egg white.
This is easier to achieve without ice.
