18 cl Whiskey
60 cl Freshly brewed coffee
8 tsp Brown sugar
12 tbsp Heavy cream
3 tbsp Heavy cream
Start off by whipping the cream lightly inside a bowl. Should not become too thick

15 cl Freshly brewed coffee -
2 tsp Brown sugar
Add the sugar together with the whiskey and the hot coffee and stir enough to dissolve the sugar.

Gently add the, now gently whipped, cream. You will want the cream to float on top.
